Cultural Diversity Is A Good Or A Bad Thing - 2326 Words

This researcher paper investigates if cultural diversity is a good or a bad thing in the workplace environment? At first, I am going to present my topic, by explaining the topic and giving the advantage and disadvantage of the topic. Second, I am going to summarize my sources. Third, I am going to present the point of view of two people that are in disaccord among the subject. In conclusion, by assimilating workers from culturally diverse backgrounds in their workforce, companies become much stronger. By integrating employees who have the same value system as the country where the company operates, it acquires knowledge and innovations it needs to be successful.
